Having trouble making a payment?

At Omni Capital Retail Finance, we’re committed to treating our customers fairly. If you’re facing financial difficulty, we want to work with you to find the right support and outcome for your circumstances.

How we can support you

We offer a range of flexible options to help make things more manageable, including:

  • Temporary Reduced Payment Plans
  • 30-Day Payment Holds so you can seek free, independent financial advice
  • Working directly with your chosen debt adviser or charity
  • If your account is interest bearing, we will freeze interest while we explore and apply these support options with you.

Talking to us early can help prevent:

  • Additional interest on the balance (for interest-bearing loans)
  • Late payment fees in line with your credit agreement
  • Impact on your credit file, if arrears are reported to credit reference agencies
  • Referral to a Debt Collection Agency
